  11. Kia ora e te whaanau! Ko Azaleigha tooku ingoa, I am a kotiro that attends Taamaki Primary School. I am 10 years old and I am in a Reo - Rua akomanga. We speak two languages and that is Te Reo Maaori and Te Reo Paakeha. We all enjoy the Maaori games we play. Such as Ki-o-rahi, Pako (we haven't played this in a long time), Pukana and etc. We also do our Pangaarau in Maaori and it is way easier then Paakeha Pangaarau because I got use to it and I barely understood. Anyways we are a mixed akomanga of year 2's, 3's, 4's, 5's, 6's, 7's and year 8's.
Now here are some facts about our akomanga Te Puna Wairua....
    1. We're a very loud akomanga
    2. We love to listen to and watch kapa haka.
    3. We enjoy listening to Maaori music while doing our mahi.
    4. We are the biggest akomanga in the whole kura
    5. We love to awhi others when they are upset
    6. We also like to play this game and its called Bull Rush
We have toru kaiako and there names are Whaea Lee-Ann, Matua Punehu, Matua Andre. They also have a wonderful helper that is also my maamaa, my brother also attends my kura and is in the same akomanga as me. Anyways her name is Whaea Mara she is a wonderful helper because she is very helpful when the kaiako are stressed, that's all the facts you would need to know about Te Puna Wairua.
Now I have waru patai for you guys!

Kotahi Patai: Do you have 1 kaiako or more?

Rua Patai: Do you listen to Maaori music?

Toru patai: What do you do in your spare time?

Whaa patai: What do you like to do with your whaanau?

Rima patai: Do you have any hobbies?

Ono patai: If you do what is it?

Whitu patai: Do you guys like Pangaarau?

Waru Patai: Do you speak fluent Te Reo Maaori?

  13. Kia ora, Ko Azaleigha tooku ingoa. I hope you all are feeling better and I know how it is really boring to not be able to meet up with your friends. But ad least you guys can communicate through tech or a device. Like how you guys go on chats or video calls and more ways to communicate with each other. But not just your friends it can be kaiako (pouako) as well.
Any who I came here to ask you a few patai!

Patai Tuatahi: How have you been since you have been in isolation?

Patai Tuarua: Did you enjoy this "Holiday?"

Patai Tuatoru: are you still going through this isolation?

Patai Tuawhaa: Have you been catching up with your mahi?

Nga mihi nui e te whaanau for always listening to my korero and I hope you get the chance to actually reply back that would really brighten my day so I hope you can reply to this and when you do I will make sure to reply to you guys ASAP!
